At Prime Patte, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@primepatte.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@primepatte.com.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
